Sprockets for NH78 and NH45
NH78 Sprockets:
Brandt Manufacturing offers a wide range of polymeric NH78 sprockets, including an 11 tooth sprocket with sheer pin hub, a 7 tooth tensioning idler and a 12 tooth split drive sprocket. Available sizes are: 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, 12, 14, 15, 22 and 40 tooth.

NH45 Sprockets:
NH45 Sprockets feature a 304 stainless steel hub with keyway and setscrew. The tooth section is made from wear resistant Nylon 6,6 and is replaceable. All the hardware is 304 Stainless steel. This proven design eliminates the keyway failures associated with an all plastic design. The polymeric tooth section has the wear and corrosion resistance needed in water treatment and lumber applications.
NH45 Sprockets with stainless steel hubs are available in 10, 12, 14, 15 and 16 tooth with pilot bore, 1”, 13/16”, 11/4”,1 3/8” 17/16” ,11/2”, 1 5/8”

All polymeric NH45 sprockets and idlers are available in 7, 8, 10 and 12 tooth with bore sizes between 1” and 11/2”.
